Description
The Body Effector is a container for the state of a dynamic body in the simulation. It stores and propagates state data including position, velocity, attitude, attitude rate and any other mass-related properties.
Example Use Cases
- State Propagation: Provides the body state (position, velocity, attitude, attitude rate, etc..) for an object.
- Attitude Tracking: Maintains the orientation of a body using MRPs, which avoids singularities associated with Euler angles.
