Description

The fraction of flow that leaks per unit of degradation level. The effective leak fraction is DegradationLevel * LeakCoefficient, capped at MaxLeakFraction. For example, at degradation 0.5 with coefficient 0.01, the leak fraction is 0.005 (0.5% of flow).
