Observation of one geodetic object by the sensors registered to its planet. Overlapping sensors increment the accumulated time once per tick.

| IsObserved | Whether any operational planet sensor sees the entity during the current tick. |

| ObservationTime | Accumulated time [s] during which at least one sensor sees the entity. |
