Flight software component that computes the orbit-averaged power consumption
of a spacecraft. This software integrates instantaneous power draw over each
orbital period and calculates the running average, storing the final average
power for each completed orbit. The results can be used for power budget
analysis, battery sizing validation, and mission planning.
The average net power of the payload or the spacecraft during the current orbit. This iscalculated by dividing the total net power by the time of the orbit.
The input power monitor message to analyze the orbital power. This is the idealsource of power data, as it takes into account all power nodes on the spacecraft.
This method is called whenever some key parameters are changedand any new local variables are required to be recalculated. Thiscan be called by the software chains if a configuration of somevalues are updated.
