Properties
| Declared | Description |
|---|---|
| Nominal = 0 | Standard operating state when the component is functioning. |
| Stuck = 1 | Stuck - stops responding to commands but will continue to spin orreact to friction. |
| Saturated = 2 | Wheels have reached their maximum speed and cannot spin any faster,but will still respond to commands and react to friction. |
