These codes appear when Studio cannot open a project. Studio opens an empty project so you can keep working.
Z-STU-LOAD-001
Project file not found
The .zen project you selected could not be found.
Suggested fix: Check that the file is still in that location, and that it is a .zen file. If it is still downloading from a cloud drive, wait for the download to finish, then open it again. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-002
Project archive extract failed
Studio could not unpack the .zen file.
Suggested fix: Copy the file to a folder on this computer and open it again. Check that the drive has free space, and that you can save files in the Studio save folder. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-003
Project metadata read failed (archive)
Studio unpacked the file, but could not read the project details inside it.
Suggested fix: Try another save of the same project, or ask for a new export. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-004
Project identity write failed (copy)
Studio could not save a new copy of a read-only project.
Suggested fix: Check that the Studio save folder can be written to, and that the drive has free space, then try again. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-005
Project metadata invalid
The project details were there, but Studio could not use them.
Suggested fix: Try a complete save of the project, or ask for a new export. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-006
Move into library failed
Studio unpacked the project, but could not move it into your library.
Suggested fix: Close any other Studio windows, then try again. Another program may have the folder open. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-007
Project directory not found
A saved project folder is no longer there.
Suggested fix: Open the project again from its .zen file, or import it. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-008
project.xml not found
The folder you selected is not a Studio project.
Suggested fix: Choose the project folder, or open the .zen file instead. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-009
Project metadata read failed (folder)
Studio could not read the project details from that folder.
Suggested fix: Open the project from a .zen export instead. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-010
Simulation file not found
The simulation file you selected is not there.
Suggested fix: Check that the file is still in that location. If it was moved, or is still downloading, find it or export it again, then open it. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-011
Simulation file metadata failed
Studio could not read the details it needs from the simulation file.
Suggested fix: Check that the file is complete, and that it was exported from a supported Zendir version. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-012
Simulation JSON process failed
Studio could not turn the simulation file into a project folder.
Suggested fix: Check that the Studio save folder can be written to, and that the drive has free space, then try again. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-013
Project identity write failed (simulation import)
Studio created a project from the simulation file, but could not save its identity.
Suggested fix: Check that the Studio save folder can be written to, and that the drive has free space, then try again. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-014
Unsupported load type
Studio does not know how to open the project this way.
Suggested fix: Email support@zendir.io and include this error code, your Studio version, and how you opened the project.
Z-STU-LOAD-015
Incompatible project version
This save was made with a Studio version that this install cannot open.
Suggested fix: Open the project with a matching Studio version, or upgrade Studio. Leave the version fields in the project files as they are. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code.
Z-STU-LOAD-016
Corrupted simulation state
Studio could not load the project’s saved simulation.
Suggested fix: Try an earlier save of the project. If it still happens, email support@zendir.io and include this error code, the Studio version that saved the project, and the version you are using.
