Description

The ephemeris orbital translation software is able to convert a standard ephemeris message into an orbital message, including the six Keplerian elements and the period of the orbit.

In_PlanetStateMsg	The input planet state message to use for the specific planet.
Out_OrbitalMsg	The output orbital element message that contains the sixKeplerian elements and the period of the orbit.
