Description

Sets the position and velocity of a body to a series of parameters based on the relative position and velocity from another spacecraft, in the inertial frame.

Parameters

spacecraft	The spacecraft to make the object relative to.
position	[m] The relative position in the inertial frame.
velocity	[m/s] The relative velocity in the inertial frame.
