class Computer;Description
The default computer class is able to connect up software automatically and create functionality for an object. Transition times (BootTimeSeconds, ShutdownTimeSeconds, etc.) are in seconds and are consumed by the simulation step each tick (e.g. 10 s boot with 1 s tick = 10 ticks in Starting).
