Minimum fraction of the expected (state-based) CPL power that must appear as absorbed electrical power in the SPICE branch: |VoltageNode| · max(|I_in|, |I_out|) versus the CPL target for the current sensor state. Quasi-static CPL with a linear resistor rarely matches nameplate wattage in every DC OP step. Set to 0 to disable this check and rely on and open-circuit detection only.
