Easily customize the settings of Space Range and create a custom session. The settings here a filled in from the Command Rejection scenario that come included with Studio.
WARNING
Participants of active or future Space Range sessions are discouraged to look this page as it contains spoilers of a preset scenario.

Hosted Client
Configure session settings here and also load in a teams configuration file. These settings will be the login details for how operators connect to a server.
Click the Load button to load a JSON file that contains the teams configuration.

Name: The Game Name to join. Randomize Name: On every toggle on, it will set the Name to a random sequence of numbers. MQTT Server: The MQTT server the Space Range session will run on. It’s recommended to have it as mqtt.zendir.io unless you are running you’re own MQTT server. MQTT Port: The MQTT port the session will communicate on. Connect Client: Connects the Space Range session to the MQTT server.
Teams
Teams configure the login detail for each team. Click the Plus button to add more teams. Each team will have a spacecraft as defined in the scenario JSON file.

Name: Name of the team that shows up in the Spacecraft view for the team’s viewport. ID: The password for the team that is required to reset components. Frequency: The initial frequency the team is active on. Key: The initial key the team is active on. Color: The color of the team that is shown in their name on their viewport. Left click to change it to the next color while right click will go to the previous one.
Icons on the top right First icon: Opens a operator terminal in a browser with the teams login credentials put in. Second icon: Opens a window with a QR code to scan. Scanning the code will open the operator terminal website with the teams login details put in. Third icon: Removes the team from the session.
Scenario
Scenario settings control when and what event occurs. Clicking the Load button will load a JSON with the session setup and events while the button to the right of it will download the current scenario into a JSON file.

Events
Events are events that trigger during the scenario when it reaches a specific simulation time. They will happen for all teams. Clicking New will add new Events.
Enable or disable events by using the toggle button and delete events with the Cross button.

Name: Name of the event Type: Type of object to be affected by the event. Time: The simulation time the event occurs at. Repeat: Turn on to toggle if the event should repeat. Also set what at how often it should repeat. Target: The component that will be affected by the event.
Clicking the Default button will allow you to create new preset events. At the current moment only Spacecrafts can be affected by events.


Setting the speed of the simulation
The simulation speed of the scenario can be modified.
To do so, open up the bottom panel to reveal the timeline view.

Then type in the speed where the simulation speed is or click the down arrow and select a preset number.
